I am a UNESCO- CID certified Expressive Art Therapist. I did my graduation in psychology from I.P College for Women, masters in Psychosocial Clinical Psychology from Ambedkar University Delhi and bachelors of education from MDU. I am an ardent believer of the creative process and its power to enable self-exploration in the therapeutic realm. My areas of expertise are - anxiety, depression, grief, relationship concerns, sexual dysfunctions and personal growth.
