Ammrith Paul

I am a graduate in psychology and have done my master’s degree in counseling psychology at Madras School of Social Work, Chennai. I have also done certificate courses on SFBT, CBT, Marital counseling, and EMDR part 1 training.  I have done internships in NIMHANS and Ahana hospitals. I served as Anti Narcotics secretary in Madras School Of Social Work. I have been practicing privately and treating clients with psychological disorders.

I believe in working in partnership with clients to utilize their strengths to help them sort out their challenges and achieve their goals. I also realize how important it is to identify all aspects of an individual’s life that impact their well-being including their physical health, support systems (family, friends, etc.), work or school environment, and faith/spirituality in this process. 

I empathize with my clients, show unconditional positive regard, actively listen to their problems, and lead them to their solutions.
