My psychotherapeutic practice is based on the Integrative Theory, which consists of using various psychological techniques that are based on evidence. These techniques will always be adapted to the needs of the client according to the problem that is presented, considering diverse factores such as culture, religion, beliefs, values, family background, relationships, among others.

My psychotherapeutic practice is based mainly on Integrative Theory, which consists of using various techniques from other trends based on evidence that are adapted to the needs of the client according to the problem that is presented. Sessions are once a week with a duration of approximately 50 – 60 minutes. In the event of a crisis, the sessions may be more frequent. Likewise, I consider that the best way of working is the comprehensive one, so if necessary it is possible to work collaboratively with other health specialists such as: neuropsychologists, speech therapists, nutritionists and or psychiatrists.
