I offer my clients a warm and compassionate space where they can feel present and at ease.  Together we explore the ways they can handle any difficulties they feel and facilitate ways for them to achieve a fuller life.   I have a holistic approach where we can explore the whole person from their aspirations to their diet.  I integrate different approaches to best fit the client’s needs.  I have a deep appreciation for each client’s unique life experience.  Together we work through struggles and bring out the strengths.
