Licensed from the Lebanese Ministry of Public Health, holding a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology & Adjustment, and a Diploma of Higher Education in Architecture, completing PhD. at the University of Barcelona.

My psychotherapeutic approach is eclectic, inspired by psychoanalysis in a humanist and existential core, carried out through behavioral and cognitive motivation, revolving around the release of repressed memories from childhood and the revealing discourse of the unconscious, through speech, free association and art therapy.

“Unexpressed emotions will never die. They are buried alive…” Sigmund Freud

As part of my activity at the psychiatric hospital and in private practice, I have developed skills in intervention and diagnostic evaluation of clinical psychopathologies. I deal with borderline personalities, bipolar disorders & neurotic disorders: phobia, panic attack, generalized anxiety, depression, PTSD, obsessive-compulsive disorder, eating disorder (bulimia, anorexia), addiction syndrome (drug abuse, alcohol dependence).

I have also proficiency in the diagnosis and treatment of psychosomatic diseases (Asthma, allergies, body aches, skin irritation, muscle pain, anemia, blood pressure, post-partum, etc.) as well as in the screening of psychotic disorders (schizophrenia, paraphrenia, paranoia, narcissistic personality disorder, etc.)

As Gender Based Violence specialist and LGBTIQ+ friendly, I follow up many issues in concern with: sexual orientation, sexual abuse, identity disorder, self-image, coming out, socio-emotional conflicts, asthenia, professional stress, burnout and relationship problems (communication, infidelity, separation, divorce, breakup).

In the context of humanitarian and pedagogical, as child protection consultant, I am engaged in rehabilitation centers as well as in NGOs and associations like SOS Children’s Villages, I am involved with youth suffering from emotional and mental deficiency, provide care for kids with special needs: Behavioral disorder, developmental delay, intellectual disability, attention disorder, hyperactivity & autism. Having expertise in parental coaching, I support parents in their relationship with their children.

Moreover, I focus in the treatment of grief, loss, rejection, as well as Innerchild trauma, guilt and inferiority complexes, abandonment and separation anguish, etc. I also deal with various social conflicts, related to identity crisis, family issues and the life of the couple, individually, in groups or in a systemic dynamic.

I see therapy as an emphatic active collaborative effort between client & therapist in order to reach the true Self.

Simply the Best 🌹

She never fails to struck me with her analytical views. I’ve underwent major developments throughout my time with her and it’s only fair to thank her for guiding me through the journey of unfolding the concealed alleyways of my mind. It has been a process of self-discovery to enlightenment. She’s extraordinary.
