I graduated with Masters of Science in Clinical Psychology from the University of London and have previously worked with various NGOs and renowned hospitals in India and the United Kingdom. I believe that that people are experts in their own lives, and with the help of therapy, they can gain insight and reflect on their situation, explore their strengths, limitations, and maximise their potentials.

Parthvi Munjal has completed MSc Clinical Psychology from Royal Holloway, University of London. She had previously completed her bachelor’s from the University of Delhi.

Her recent work experience was with the National Health Service(NHS), the United Kingdom where she was responsible for conducting various psychometric tests & assessments for diagnosis of mental health-related issues/ disorders. She believes that any mental health-related issue cannot be attributed to one cause and an interactive approach between Behaviour Therapy, Cognitive Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Therapy should be used for client intervention.  

She has also worked with various refugee support/women rights protection organizations to promote mental health wellbeing and safeguarding by providing counselling services, identifying & responding to safety issues of the vulnerable client in collaboration with social services.

Besides counselling, she has a strong interest in taking up various research projects. She was part of BPS’s recent workshop on Post-COVID syndrome treatment which helped her learn efficient therapy practices for clients with varying social and cultural backgrounds to deal with depression, anxiety, mood swings, relational difficulties, obsessive-compulsive disorder, stress, and difficulties at work.
