My first step will be always taking detailed patient history, then carrying the proper physical exam, making a diagnosis, plan a treatment plan with agreement of client.
Treatment approach used by are: ROM exercises, stretching, Joint mobilization, massage techniques, Electrotherapy (TENS, IFT, Ultrasound, Moist heat) strengthening, PNF, NDT, MRP, CIMT, functional task training.
