Refund Policy

At Mantra Care, we are committed to providing exceptional service quality and full support to our clients. However, if you are not satisfied with our services, you may request a refund under the following conditions.

How to Request a Refund:

  1. Submit a Request: Complete our Client Concern Form, detailing the issue you are facing.
  2. Resolution Process: Allow us up to 48 hours to resolve your concern. If the issue involves a provider, we offer a provider switch at no additional cost. You may also discuss your concerns with our care counselor.
  3. Final Refund Request: If the issue remains unresolved, you may submit a refund request through Request Refund.
  4. Processing Time: Once approved, refunds will be processed within 15 business days.

Note: A processing fee (up to 20%, depending on your currency and payment provider) may apply.

Refund Eligibility:

A refund may be granted in the following cases:

✔ You have not been assigned a provider
✔ You reported a valid technical issue due to which you could not communicate with the assigned provider.
✔ You requested a refund within 15 days of purchase and meet the eligibility criteria.

Refund Ineligibility:

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

  • Provider Assigned: Once a provider has been assigned, refunds are not available unless an unresolved technical service issue exists.
  • Sessions Started: If you have already started your sessions, refunds are not applicable. (Provider switching is available at no extra cost.)
  • Partial Refund Requests: If you have taken sessions and are requesting a partial refund.
  • Expired Refund Window: Refund requests made more than 15 days after purchase are not eligible.
  • Session Booked: If you have already booked a session with a provider, refunds cannot be processed.
  • Subscription Cancellations: You failed to cancel your subscription at least 1 day in advance. (Time zone differences may affect cancellations, so please plan accordingly.)
