Fatemah Peeran (MSc Clinical Psychology)

My career in psychology began with the commencement of my bachelors degree in psychology from Effat University,  KSA. 

Upon obtaining my BSc I went on to work at a psychology research lab, called the Health and Human Performance lab at Carnegie Mellon University, USA.  I started out as a research assistant then was rehired as a project manager. 

After my experience in research I enrolled in my Masters Degree program in the UK. I started my masters program during 2020 and received my degree earlier this month. While finishing my degree I was working as a volunteer at a drug rehabilitation hospital.

I have a broad range of experience in psychological research and psychotherapy sessions. My approach to therapy is integrative, as I tailor treatment plans according to my client’s needs and wants. As a bicultural and bilingual person I am able to connect with individuals of different backgrounds and struggles. 

I am very passionate about my field and work and am constantly looking for opportunities to help those who are struggling with mental health issues.
