Kristina Fe L. Magtibay

I entered the Corporate World as Human Resource Generalist in private sector last 2012. My experiences as an HR includes Recruitment & Selection, Training, Compensation & Benefits and Employee Relations that include handling employee grievance and Counseling. In 2015, I passed the Psychometrician’s Board examination. In the same year, I transferred to a government agency as an HR Specialist and at the same time enrolled in Master’s Degree in Psychology major in Clinical Psychology. Last 2020, I obtained my Masters Degree and in 2022, I was able to passed the Licensure Examination for Psychologist. My professional training include but not limited to Psychological Assessment and Counseling. Currently, I am enrolled in Brief Therapy Course and will finish this September 2022.
