Anam Nishat (M.A. Applied Psychology)

I’m a postgraduate in Applied Psychology with specialization in Clinical Psychology. I have done various online courses in my area of interest such as postpartum depressjon, gatekeeper training in suicide prevention, mindfulness based stress reduction, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy for anxiety and depression. I am interested in applying electic approach in providing therapy to clients with inclination towards Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, and  Interpersonal psychotherapy.
