I believe in the importance of early intervention and that the most fundamental and important unit of our society is the family, that is why I specialised in child and adolescent psychology at University College London in England. I also have experience in coaching and counselling and as a facilitator of non-formal education. The child, the interpersonal relationships and the couple’s relationship are the main focus of this field. During my sessions, I prefer applying the person-centred approach where clients are recognised as valuable individuals, and they are treated with respect, understanding and acceptance.
Asking for help is OKAY! Together we can achieve real change:)
I encourage everyone, who is ready to act towards an emotionally and mentally healthier life, to contact me with confidence.
– Coaching could be the one for you if you need help achieving your goal, either personal or professional.
– You might consider counselling if you are looking for guidance and a solution regarding an issue.
– If you feel depressed, you have distressing feelings and thoughts, or if you want to get a deeper understanding of the origin and causes of your problems, you might consider contacting a psychologist.
+ Please also feel free to contact me if you are interested in psychology, but you are not sure if it is the right fit for you, or if there is a specific area you would like to know more about.
Despite my youthful appearance, I have a lot of experience in the different fields of psychology. For instance, I worked in a children’s home and in several camps where I had the chance to interact with children from disadvantaged backgrounds and with highly talented children as well. I am also a certified facilitator of non-formal, experience-oriented education, leading group sessions to help individuals improve their soft skills, self-knowledge and self-reflection while relying on their strengths.
