The therapeutic relationship needs empathy, acceptance and authenticity to blossom and make a real change to the person in need. Without these conditions there will be no relational depth between the two people and thus no real trust and self acceptance.

Since 2004 I have been studying in humanistic sciences. I was always interested in how people think and act. And that is why I studied Sociology. I have been working with children and parents for so long that I came to understand how difficult it is for parents to let themselves feel authentic around their children. So I wanted to approach them therapeutically to see why they wouldn’t let themselves just be. And that is why I chose my MSc in Person_Centered counseling and psychotherapy. At the same time, I attended some training for parents, children, and teens. I also got trained in couples therapy because I really wanted to be able to establish effective communication between the couple. During my training as a psychotherapist, I realized how much I wanted to support the LGBTQIA+ community and protest in my way about human rights. Finally all these years, I explored my spirituality and there were some specific training that got me attracted such as Theta Healing and Arcturian. So the way I approach each person is very holistic and unique, because, for me, each person is a unique soul that needs to learn a new way of being in life.
