Gena Orpwood (Masters Social work)

Hey I am Gena and I have my masters in social work.

I also have an undergrad degree in psychology, with a postgraduate certificate in rehabilitation and mental health.

I have completed acceptance commitment therapy training and am a real advocate for people being the centre of their therapy journey and owning their life choices.

I love doing one on one work as well as group therapy and have really made the most of being able to use the internet to do my services.

I believe therapy should be solution focused and be affordable.
