I am a Bangalore-based Psychologist (Clinical) with more than five years of work experience. I have completed my M.Sc. in Clinical Psychology from Manipal University, Manipal, India, and B.A. in Psychology, Journalism and English Literature from Mount Carmel College, Bangalore.

Regarding my professional background, I have completed the ‘CBT for Personality Disorders’ course from the Beck Institute for Cognitive Behavior Therapy, U.S.A. I have done an internship in Psychology with the Bangalore Baptist Hospital, Bangalore (and interned in TV Journalism with the NDTV news channel, Bangalore).

During my Master’s degree in college, I was part of a team that started the Specific Learning Disabilities (SLD) clinic at the Clinical Psychology Department, Kasturba Medical College, Manipal University, Manipal. We also conducted Clinical Psychology workshops at the Kasturba Medical College, Manipal University, Manipal.

Across my five years of professional experience, I have worked with clients ranging in age from adolescents to older adults, presenting with various mental health issues such as Anxiety, Depression, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, other Anxiety-related issues, Stress Management, Relationship issues, Work-related issues, etc.
