Kelsey Gibbs, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, received her Bachelors of Science in Social Work and Masters of Social Work with a concentration in Health/Mental Health from Saint Louis University in Saint Louis, Missouri, USA. Kelsey has a diverse background working with children, adolescents, and adults with various mental health concerns in inpatient and outpatient settings. Special interests include anxiety disorders, eating disorders, depression, bipolar illness, relationship issues, and substance abuse. Kelsey uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with her clients to provide evidence- based treatment with special focus on helping the client identify and reach their treatment goals. As an advocate with personal experience being treated in therapy, Kelsey uses a person-centered and strengths-based approach to meet the client where they are at. She aims to provide a non-judgmental environment where clients feel heard, supported, and motivated to continue their therapy.
