Hello-You are very courageous right now, and I congratulate you for taking this step toward healing. I am committed to caring for the whole person: mind, body, spirit. There are many paths to wellness. People enter therapy to address a wide range of concerns. My typical process in beginning a new client relationship is to discover what unwanted condition(s) you have in your life. The initial session will help us get clear on what it is exactly that you’d like help in and how we’re going to get there. You will make empowering choices, and I will walk with you from day one as a guide and supporter. My main goal is to assist you in developing insight, discovering who you want to be, as well as changing the behaviors that keep you from reaching your goals.
