When I was 8, I was diagnosed with ADHD and Learning Disorder. Counselling saved my life from suicidal thoughts and high anxiety, and I hope it’ll save yours as well.
I’m a psychotherapist licenced in the UK with over 5 years of experience working in the UK and Thailand with children, adolescents, adults, and the elderly who have suffered from PTSD, depression, burnout, high anxiety, and other issues. During the session, I’ll apply an integrated therapeutic approach that blends Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Person-centred Therapy (PCT), and Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) to assist you in resolving the difficulties that have been affecting you.
I’ll serve as a mirror, allowing you to view your issues and goals more clearly. I’ll not be directive, which means I’ll not tell you what to do because I believe you know the best about your life. However, as much as you’re comfortable, I will ask, reflect on, and even challenge your thoughts in order to help you achieve your goals and hopes.
