Paulina Cal y Mayor

I founded my own business with the mission to help people find purpose in life. With my business partner, I created a digital consulting in psychology service, which combines a business consulting method with evidence-based psychological techniques. We have helped many clients to align their values, goals, and actions in order to reach full personal and professional well-being.

I was lucky to find early in life my purpose: helping people find theirs. I have 9 years of experience in counseling and therapy. Early during my bachelor’s degree in psychology in Mexico, I worked as a student’s affairs advisor, being responsible for career orientation, leadership management, and mediation between students and faculty members.

Fascinated by human potential, I pursued two Master’s Degrees in Spain, one in Clinical Psychology and a Double Degree in emotional well-being and third-generation therapies. Relatedly, I was fortunate to be chosen to work for my well-known professors in their private clinics. My duties as a therapist included emotional regulation, solving interpersonal problems, and helping people find purpose in their life. I also held several workshops on topics such as mindfulness, how to improve your personal brand and communication skills. At the same time, I helped to nurture their businesses through the development of digital platforms and creative marketing initiatives.
