Hi,

I am privileged to introduce myself to you. My name is Reshma Kouser and I’m a Counselling `Psychologist. I deal with students with Interpersonal issues, Emotional, Career, Academic, Addiction and Learning Disability Concerns with over 6 years of experience in the field.

I received my Bachelor and Master’s degree in Psychological Counseling from Bangalore University and Bachelor of Education from Singhania University.
I’m certified in Employment skills, Learning Disability, Reel therapy, Understanding Adolescence and Computer software.

Currently working at Shanthi Bhavan as a  Pyschologist and Special Educator.
My job role includes the following`;
• Preparing and maintaining detailed counseling report.(Case study, mental status examination, models, therapeutic approach and counseling techniques).
• Mediate and Resolve Conflicts.; `

 Listen to student’s concern in an open and non judgemental way.
• Providing and monitoring counselling programs and therapies.
• Dispense appropriate learning models to match the student’s learning style.
• Monitor progress with follow-ups.
