I am a mental health professional, and a clinical psychologist. I have done my graduation in B.A hons Applied Psychology from Delhi University, Masters in Psychology from Panjab University, Chandigarh. I have done a Diploma Course in Guidance and Counselling from NCERT. Recently, I have completed my M. Phil in Clinical Psychology from DMCH, Ludhiana. I am a trained EFT Practitioner, Psychotherapist and specialized in Psychometric Assessment used to diagnose various mental health conditions. I use a holistic and individualized approach to serve the client from the best of my knowledge and skills.

She has completed her highest qualification of M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology from RCI registered and well-reputed Dayanand Medical College and Hospital, Ludhiana. She is an expert in dealing with patients suffering from mental health issues and has experience in applying various psychotherapeutic techniques to benefit her patients. She is also specialized in psychometric testing, diagnosing various mental, emotional, and behavioural disorders, and developing and implementing individualized treatment plans. She also has published and presented research papers in the national and international psychological conferences and aspires to further pursue Ph.D. in Psychology.

We still don’t stress enough on the importance of mental health. Especially in times of Covid where most of us have had low days heros like Dr. Sneha have come to our rescue. Sessions with her did help me overcome anxiety and stress to a great extent. I feel I’m in much better shape now.
