I am a graduate of the School of Philology (Faculty of Philosophy, AUTH), specialised in Linguistics and also a graduate of the School of Psychology (Faculty of Philosophy, AUTH). I have taken part in a survey conducted by the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki regarding the covariation of the parameters of sleep, cognitive control skills and dimensions of the Sleep Theory in Mild Cognitive Impairment where I interviewed people about their sleeping habits and their cognitive abilities and collected and processed the respective data. I have also attended multiple seminars to further expand my knowledge and skills in the field of Psychology. I have completed the military services in my country and I am a fluent speaker of the Greek and the English language. My lack of experience in the field of Psychology is compensated by my passion for Psychology, Science and supporting people with Mental Health issues and by my abundance of studies regarding subjects as Clinical Psychology, Biopsychology, Community Psychology, Philology and Linguistics.
