Ms. Varsha Sonalika is enthusiastic and passionate about helping people learn to live to progress and thrive in each new development stage. She is an empathetic professional who has expertise in effective communication, maintaining strict confidentiality, and building healthy relationships with clients. For her, life is not limited to existence or survival but also how people survive and define that survival.

Psychology introduced her to what life is all about, and therefore she aims to make clients’ lives more meaningful. She believes in a compassionate and comforting approach with a deep understanding of related issues and intervention options.

 

Currently, she holds a double master’s degree in Psychology. She obtained her first master’s degree in Psychology from the University of Lucknow, whereas her second seconr’s degree in Interdisciplinary Psychology from Leeds Beckett University. She participated in various hands-on training workshops related to Thematic Apperception Test, Qualitative Research, Positive Psychology, and Women Empowerment. She enjoys helping others, and therefore seeing her clients working towards their goals and making real progress in their lives gives her a feeling of accomplishment. She works with clients suffering from anxiety, depression, Post-traumatic stress disorder, relationship issues, body image issues, stress management. 

Furthermore, her eventual goal is to extend her services to people suffering from serious diseases such as cancer or genetic problems along with their families to help them provide positive energy and accelerate their self-confidence.

She reserves her free time for dancing, gardening, or painting. But mostly, what makes her more alive and active is gardening. Also, she can speak two different languages: English and Hindi.
