Hello My name is Yudha Heka i am a Psychologist (I/O). i took a major study in industrial & organizational Psychology and  a minor study in clinical psychology. So i do really passionate to talk about employee well being especially at work. I am also certified graphologist, CBT Practitioner and also a phototherapist.
