Recruitment Strategy:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain high-quality candidates for various roles across MantraCare.
  • Oversee the complete recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and finalizing offers.
  • Ensure the recruitment strategy aligns with MantraCare’s goals, growth objectives, and organizational culture.

Team Leadership & Support:

  • Lead and manage a small team of recruiters, offering guidance and mentorship to help meet recruitment targets and enhance hiring efficiency.
  • Ensure timely and effective coordination between the recruitment team and hiring managers to streamline the recruitment process.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Collaborate closely with department heads to understand their hiring needs and deliver recruitment solutions that align with their objectives.
  • Regularly communicate with senior management to provide updates on recruitment progress and challenges.

Employer Branding:

  • Build and maintain a strong employer brand by promoting MantraCare’s values, work culture, and career opportunities.
  • Represent MantraCare at job fairs, networking events, and digital campaigns to strengthen its reputation as an employer of choice.

Process Improvement:

  • Continuously assess and improve the recruitment process, using data and insights to optimize efficiency and reduce time-to-hire.
  • Implement and maintain best practices and tools (e.g., Applicant Tracking Systems) to ensure smooth operations and compliance.

Candidate Experience:

  • Ensure a positive, transparent, and efficient experience for all candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Manage candidate relationships to ensure alignment and facilitate a seamless transition from offer to onboarding.

Reporting & Analytics:

  • Monitor key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire, providing regular updates to management.
  • Analyze recruitment data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for continuous improvement.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, PHR) are a plus.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role, preferably in healthcare or a related industry.
  • Strong experience recruiting across multiple functions, including clinical, administrative, and support roles.

Skills:

  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies, tools, and techniques.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
