Job Overview:
The Hiring/Recruitment Manager will be responsible for leading and overseeing recruitment efforts at MantraCare, ensuring the acquisition of top talent across various departments. This role will involve managing the entire recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to negotiating offers, while working closely with hiring managers to effectively meet staffing requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Strategy:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain high-quality candidates for various roles across MantraCare.
- Oversee the complete recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and finalizing offers.
- Ensure the recruitment strategy aligns with MantraCare’s goals, growth objectives, and organizational culture.
Team Leadership & Support:
- Lead and manage a small team of recruiters, offering guidance and mentorship to help meet recruitment targets and enhance hiring efficiency.
- Ensure timely and effective coordination between the recruitment team and hiring managers to streamline the recruitment process.
Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate closely with department heads to understand their hiring needs and deliver recruitment solutions that align with their objectives.
- Regularly communicate with senior management to provide updates on recruitment progress and challenges.
Employer Branding:
- Build and maintain a strong employer brand by promoting MantraCare’s values, work culture, and career opportunities.
- Represent MantraCare at job fairs, networking events, and digital campaigns to strengthen its reputation as an employer of choice.
Process Improvement:
- Continuously assess and improve the recruitment process, using data and insights to optimize efficiency and reduce time-to-hire.
- Implement and maintain best practices and tools (e.g., Applicant Tracking Systems) to ensure smooth operations and compliance.
Candidate Experience:
- Ensure a positive, transparent, and efficient experience for all candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Manage candidate relationships to ensure alignment and facilitate a seamless transition from offer to onboarding.
Reporting & Analytics:
- Monitor key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire, providing regular updates to management.
- Analyze recruitment data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, PHR) are a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role, preferably in healthcare or a related industry.
- Strong experience recruiting across multiple functions, including clinical, administrative, and support roles.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies, tools, and techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
