Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated sales professional to join our team. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales for MantraCare’s wellness programs. The ideal candidate will be passionate about promoting mental health and wellness services, with strong networking abilities, relationship-building skills, and a proven track record of closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and networking at corporate events to generate new leads.
- Qualify prospects by presenting and promoting MantraCare’s wellness services, converting discussions into long-term business relationships.
- Conduct product presentations and demos, addressing client needs and concerns effectively.
- Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, driving consistent business growth.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, ensuring client expectations are met and projects align with business objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Regularly update sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to the management team.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
- Master’s in Business Administration with 5-10 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the wellness, healthcare, or service industries.
- Proven track record of successfully generating leads, securing partnerships, and achieving sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Experience in creating and executing growth strategies that align with industry-specific trends.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
