Job Overview:

As a Full Stack Developer at MantraCare, you will play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining responsive applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams—including product managers, designers, and data scientists—to deliver impactful digital healthcare solutions that align with our mission of accessible and high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers and developers to conceptualize and implement software solutions
• Design and develop scalable backend systems
• Develop front-end interfaces with visually appealing and user-friendly designs
• Create and manage robust databases and server-side applications
• Build and maintain secure, well-documented APIs
• Troubleshoot, debug and enhance existing applications
• Implement security protocols and ensure data protection
• Develop mobile-responsive features and interfaces
• Produce clear and comprehensive technical documentation
• Partner with data scientists and analysts to optimize software functionality

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with a focus on backend development
• Proficiency in ExpressJS
• Strong knowledge of JS/NodeJS frameworks such as ReactJS, React Native, NextJS, and Express
• Experience with relational databases like MySQL
• Demonstrated ability to develop both web and mobile applications
• Skilled in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Solid understanding of UI/UX development principles
• Familiarity with web servers such as Apache and OpenLiteSpeed
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
