You can join our program by filling out an online application. After that, we will send you details about how to begin your practice and what classes are available near you! Once you’ve completed these steps, it’s time to start enjoying all of the benefits that yoga has to offer!

The program includes two months of unlimited access to all levels of our classes in addition to one-on-one instruction from a certified instructor every week. We are committed to providing you with everything need so you can experience maximum benefit from the program!

We advise pregnant women to consult with their doctor before participating in our  program. Or you may enroll in our yoga for pregnancy program.

You can still take part in our Immune boosting yoga program! The beginner level is designed to teach you the basics and get you started on your journey as a yogi.

That depends on your goals and how you feel after each practice. We recommend practicing at least three times a week to see results.

The benefits of yoga are immediate, so you’ll feel better right away! However, if you want to see more long-term results such as increased flexibility or strength training benefits then it may take a few months before they become noticeable.

Yes! There is no age limit or physical restrictions on who can participate in our program. If you can breathe, you can do yoga!

The only risk associated with yoga for immunity is that you may enjoy it so much you’ll want to do it every day! Jokes aside, there are no real risks involved with doing yoga, but it is always important to speak with your doctor before starting any new exercise program.
