Healthy Lifestyle
You should take a healthy lifestyle test. The first step is to figure out why you want to make a lifestyle change. The next step is to figure out what your goal is and then figure out the steps you need to take in order to reach it. This doesn’t have to be a long, drawn-out process, but it does need your commitment and dedication.
Do you ever feel like, You’ve tried to make a lifestyle change many times? But, this time it’s different. This time the results will last because you are committed and dedicated to making health your number one priority. You’ve set out clear, well-defined goals about what your ideal healthy lifestyle is (and what yours looks like today in comparison). These goals are in writing in your journal. You’ve made a list of the changes that you need to make (and when) to live according to your ideal standards? You’re keeping track of what you eat and how much exercise you get every day (and when)etc.
Your ideal healthy lifestyle today is one in which you eat the foods that make you feel your best and exercise for at least 20 minutes every day on most days of the week. Your goal is to get there in 30-40 days (or less). And you start on Day 1.
How Does A Healthy Lifestyle Look Like?
A healthy lifestyle is one that includes exercise and a nutritious diet. Exercise promotes the growth of muscle and bone, increases energy, and reduces stress. A nutritious diet has more fiber and less sugar and saturated fats than an unbalanced diet.
A healthy lifestyle also requires downtime to recover from the stresses of everyday life. So remember to take time for rest and relaxation. A healthy lifestyle does not include smoking or drinking alcohol or taking drugs of any kind. It does not include over-eating or under-eating either.
A healthy lifestyle test is a way to measure what your current lifestyle looks like and what your ideal lifestyle should look like. This doesn’t have to be complicated or long-winded, but it does need your commitment and dedication. The first step is figuring out why you want to make a lifestyle change. The next step is figuring out what your goals are as well as determining the steps you need to take in order to reach them. This doesn’t have to be a complicated or lengthy process, but it needs commitment on your part.

How To Keep Your Lifestyle Healthy?
- Track what you eat every day for at least 30 days (and when)- You can use an app to help with this if you have a smartphone
- Track how much exercise you get every day for at least 30 days (and when)- You can keep track of this by recording what time you work out, how long, and what type of exercise it was (cardio or strength training)
- Set up a place in your home where you will put all the stuff you need for this change (your workout clothes, sneakers if you will be running, etc.) and make it as easy as possible to access these items every day
- Write out your goals about what your ideal healthy lifestyle looks like today and about what it should look like in 30-40 days (or less) from now on
Write Down Your Short-term Goals & Long-term Goals
My short-term goal in the next month is to get in at least 30 minutes of moderate exercise every day. My long-term goal is to lose 20lbs by summer. So I will be lighter for when I kayak/boat kayak this summer with my friends. My final goal is to be at least 10lbs lighter, which will make me feel more comfortable and look better in general.
Track Your Success In The Next 30-40 Days
I’ll measure my weight each week to see how much progress I’m making towards my weight loss goal. Once I accomplish that, then work on toning up more by using resistance bands which should take about 2 months before it starts really showing.
Get Support From Your Loved Ones
My friends can support me because they want to see me achieve my goal, and they might join me in the exercise part of it too. My parents will help by buying groceries for healthy food that I need when I’m at home because when I was in high school I usually cooked.
