Expressing your feelings is a lot easier when you write them down. For example, one of the most common methods to express yourself is writing in a journal. You can also try drawing or sculpting what you’re feeling for an even more personal touch. If you don’t want anyone else reading it and seeing how sad/angry/scared etc…you are then just leave the notebook lying around where only YOU will see it!
Text Them Via Phone

Talk To A Friend
Talking about your feelings is one of the best ways to get over them! Find a friend who will not judge you and can give good advice. It’s okay to cry sometimes! In fact, crying can help relieve some of the tension that has been building up inside of you. When you feel like crying, go somewhere private where no one will see or hear your emotions (e.g., bathroom).

Many times when we’re feeling down about something it’s because another person is also experiencing that problem and vice versa. If you can help each other out then everyone wins! It’s good to tell someone what has been bothering you. It feels nice when they help you.

Some people need alone time to process their emotions while others might prefer sharing with someone who cares about them. So if your friend tells you that they broke up with their boyfriend be understanding and listen without judgment. Or maybe you feel like screaming into a pillow to let out some anger, go ahead!
